Project Manager
Job Description
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of SAP projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop project objectives, goals, and implementation plans.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Define and document project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
- Facilitate project team meetings and handle any conflicts or issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Japanese to be used externally with clients and English to be used to speak with our global branches)
- Around 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in handling SAP projects for at least one full life cycle
- Experience in management responsibility for a team
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Strong problem solving, leadership, and collaboration skillset
