Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the specific needs of our diverse set of clients, which vary from program to program as well as type of client
- Build deep knowledge of relevant internal and external data repositories
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Success (CS) and Law Enforcement Liaison (LEL) teams to dissect client needs and rapidly iterate on report and feature development
- Use analytics and data visualization skills to build straightforward, accurate, and easily comprehensible reports to satisfy our client base
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for information and analyses and be able to use your knowledge and intuition to highlight what is important and/or questionable
- Use data and programming skills to transform and manipulate data sources as needed
- Understand stakeholder needs and translate them; understand what customers are asking for, where to find data and deliver it in a consumable way
- Work with sometimes unstructured or inconsistent data and understand how it is generated
Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years previous experience
serving on an Analytics team, particularly focused on product-related
metrics like customer experience, feature performance, and website
analytics
- 2+ years of experience writing
complex SQL queries
- 2+ years of advanced experience with Tableau (e.g. table calcs, LOD's, relationships)
- Proficient in Report Design and Data Analysis
- Demonstrated ability to
communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including executive
leadership, business subject area leaders, and project staff
- Strong business acumen and
ability to quickly understand what is important to the business and when
results look incorrect
- Ability to work sometimes without clear direction in times of uncertainty and ambiguity
- Understanding of data
extraction mechanisms, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
- Strong analytical,
troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in data-related projects
- Experience with data
visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, or Power BI

- Remote; work from home

week, 8-5pm Eastern or Central Time
