Job Description
Title: Analog IC Design Engineer
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
You will oversee the analog design part of
the LSI product development flow.
The ICs to be developed are pure analog ICs
and mixed signal ICs.
l Creation of LSI specifications (product specifications to block
design specifications).
l Architectural design.
l Analog circuit design, simulation, test design.
l Device evaluation.
l Defect analysis, problem debugging and feedback.
l Preparation and review of technical documentation.
l Support for smooth operation of MP (testing, reliability, defect
support, etc.).
In addition, you may be asked to
participate in quality improvement activities (improving technical
capabilities, brushing up the development flow, etc.) and new technology
development activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
Required
l Over 2 years’ experience in LSI analog circuit design.
l Theoretical and accurate understanding of device characteristics.
l Understand the operating principles of basic analog element circuits
(basic operational amplifiers, comparators, bias circuits, etc.) and be able to
create circuit diagrams.
l Schematic editor and analog circuit simulator can be used.
l Understand the principles of parasitic elements and ratio accuracy
and be able to reflect them in circuit design and layout design.
l Good and active communication between engineers, including documentation.
Preferred
l LSI evaluation experience (experience using measuring instruments
such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters).
l Design experience of DC-DC, ADC, LDO (partial blocks are also
acceptable).
l Mixed Signal IC development flow experience.
l Automotive IC design experience.
l Experience in using high voltage process.
Location: Osaka or Kansai
